4.2 Enrollment

To participate in the Loyalty Program, you must enroll by providing accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your account information. You may not have more than one Loyalty Program account. Accounts are non-transferable.

Message and data rates may apply. All SMS messages sent as part of our Loyalty Program are subject to any messaging or data charges imposed by your mobile carrier. 5.4 How to Opt Out

8. Limitation of Liability

Any dispute arising from or related to these Terms or your use of the Website or Loyalty Program shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Clark County, Nevada, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.
